It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence K. Orr of Mineville, New York, born in Moriah, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Daha Sr. and Florence K Daha (Ellsworth); her husband Thomas F Orr; her close friend Adelbert Gregory; and her siblings, Helen Sutliff, Evelyn Sherman, Marion Ives, Elizabeth Ashe, Laura Sprague, Inez Mattison, Elma Simione and William Daha Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Orr (Juanita) of Fort Worth, TX, Colleen Peters (Jerry) of Elizabethtown, NY, Patricia Clark (George) of Mineville and Michael Orr (Maria) of Witherbee. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember her in a special way may make donations in her memory to either the Moriah Womans Auxiliary or the SPCA.
