She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Howard and Julia Howard (Swan); her son John "Butch" Urban of Port Henry; her son-in-law John Allen of Mineville; and her grandson Scott Thomas Whitman.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Allen of Mineville, Jennie "Jean" Fox (Dale) of Ticonderoga, Paul Urban (Debra) of Las Vegas, NV and Steve Urban (Anne); and her grandchildren, Kelly Reynolds (Chris) of Indiana, John Allen, Jr. (Shannon) of Vergennes, VT, Carl Urban (Nicole) of Michigan, Tommy Allen (Cassandra) of Granville, Thomas Whitman, Jr. (Aimee) of Argyle, Jason Allen (Lisa) of Wind Gap, PA, Tony Allen of Allentown, PA and Chris Whitman (Meagan) of Mineville.
