She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Lavin and Nellie Lavin; her husband Frank Lahendro; her sisters, Thelma (Martin Chapuk) and Inez (Wayne Putnam); and her nephew Tom Putnam.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kathy) of Potsdam, Diane Brown (Duane) of Saratoga Springs and Susan (Marty); her grandchildren, Meagan, Andy Brown (Lauren) and Travis; her great grandchild Avery; her stepgrandchildren, Terry Francis (Krista), Angela Shatraw (Jackson) and Adam Francis (Alicia); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Elijah, Jocelynne, Julianna, Isabella, Kyle, London and Luke; and also Witherbee.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to High Peaks Hospice or to the Mineville VFW Post 5802.
