He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tucker and Mary Patotzka (Joy); and his sister Joy Chappel of Chico, CA.. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Tucker (Keefe); his children, Christopher Tucker (Kimberly) of Minetto and Melissa Lisk (Jeffrey) of Minetto; his grandchildren, Zemiah Phrance (Ashley), Zoe Joy Lisk, Christopher Tucker Jr. and Caiden J. Tucker; and his sisters, Penny Helmers (Brent) of Lincoln, CA, Wendy Ylitalo (Eric) of Colfax, CA and Amy Mercado (Danny) of Placerville, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made in Thomas's name to Trinity United Methodist Church, 45 East Utica Street, Oswego.
