He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Izyk (Emlaw) and Richard Izyk, Sr.; and his brother Robert Izyk. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Izyk (Anne) of Oswego and Ann Osinga (Sjoerd) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
