He is survived by: his wife Susan Godfrey-Clark; his daughters, Heather McFarland (Frederick) of Fulton and Gretchen Clark of Oswego; and his siblings, Robert Clark (Beth) of North Carolina, Roger Clark of Oswego, Richard Clark (Margie) of Oswego, Timothy Clark of North Carolina, Debbie Hammond (Gary) of Oswego, Donna Gayne (Paul) of Mexico and Denise Scaparo (Anthony) of Little Falls. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
