She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Gibson; and her siblings, Willard, Keith, Robert Gibson and Virginia Vogel.

She is survived by: her parent Leotta Gibson (Wiltsie); her husband Fred Bullard; her daughter Elaine McArthur (Don) of Minetto; her grandchildren, Joseph McConkey (Kristin) of Charlotte and Jennifer Shannon (Scott) of Oswego; and her great grandchild Alexander Shannon.
