It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norrita Elaine Bullard (Minetto, New York), born in Adams, New York, who passed away on March 9, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Taylor and Margaret Taylor (Dennie); her sister Shirley Merritt; and her brother-in-law Don. She is survived by: her husband Ernest E. Bullard; her children, Karen Bullard (Adam Shaffer) of Minetto, Jeff Bullard (Rachee Fagg) of Philadelphia and Kevin Bullard (Beth) of Rhode Island; her siblings, John Taylor (Dorothy) of Scriba and Nathalie Palmer (Bob) of Minetto; and her grandchildren, Brian, Calah, Stacy Bullard of Philadelphia, Emily and Jacob Bullard of Rhode Island. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces.
