She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Mazzola and Frances Mazzola; her husband James Castiglia; her daughter Linda Castiglia; and her grandsons, Michael Castiglia and James Castiglia Jr..
She is survived by: her son Jim Castiglia (Cindy) of Minetto; her grandchildren, Nicole Jenson (Mike), Samantha Campbell (Jon), Jennifer Kuriger and Jamie Castiglia; her great grandchildren, Dieonté, Zoey, Aviana, Kaylee, Rachel, Derek, Dakota and Aiden; and her brother Richard Mazzola (Carmella).
