Theresa Hettinger Obituary

We bid farewell to Theresa Hettinger of Mineola, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 12, 2024 at the age of 78. Theresa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John DelBalso and Mary DelBalso; her husband Frank; her children, Jeffrey, Gregory and Jennifer; her children-in-law, Beth, Kelly and Johnny; her grandchildren, Evan, Aaron, Charlotte and Olivia; and her brother Frank. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, their children, and grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cassidy Funeral Home, Inc. (156 Willis Ave, Mineola, NY 11501). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Church (155 Garfield Ave, Mineola, NY 11501).

In lieu of flowers: Memorials appreciated to the Mineola Chapter of the Catholic Daughters of America on Theresa's behalf can be made out to "Court Immaculata #444," then mailed to the Corpus Christi Church Rectory at 155 Garfield Avenue, Mineola, NY 11501.
