It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. O'Keefe (Mineola, New York), who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim; her children, Maureen Wallace (Bob), James Jr. (Olga), Thomas (Lorraine) and Peter (Amy); her grandchildren, Meaghan, Bobby, Mary Kate, Caileen, Erin, Ryann, Christopher and Timothy; and her siblings, Robert (Jane) and Peggy Shanley (Teddy).
