He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Frank (Theresa), Ann Maura and Rita (James); and his parents, Catherine O'Keefe and Francis O'Keefe.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen (Bob), James Jr. (Olga), Thomas (Lorraine) and Peter (Amy); his grandchildren, Meaghan, Bobby, Mary Kate (Connor), Caileen, Erin, Ryann, Christopher and Timothy; his sister Catherine (Charlie); his sisters-in-law, Jane (Robert) and Peggy (Teddy); and his family Jim.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
