She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Nestor (Dempsey) and Thomas Nestor; and her siblings, Mary HIllery, Thomas Nestor, Margaret DeFranza (Peggy) and Edward Nestor.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Garrity, Jr. (Buzzy); her children, Erin (Marian), Maura and Ted (Danielle); and her sister Nora Cahill.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home (29 Atlantic Ave, Floral Park, NY 11001).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to The Hance Family Foundation or the Our Lady of Victory food pantry.
