Holmes; his mother Florie B. Fitzgerald-Holmes of Kingston, NY; his adoptive father Philip R. Holmes of Watervliet, NY; his father Johnny F. Monroe; his sister T'Asia J. Holmes (Jessica E. White) of Bronx, NY; and his mother-in-law Sandi A. Card of Dover Plains, NY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
