He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Otrembiak and Elsie Pencak Otrembiak. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beth Wing, Monica Varley and Steve Otrembiak (Nancy); his cousins, Barbara Kubiak (Jan) and Paul Graycar (Bernadette); his nephews, Paul Varley (Jessica), Billy Varley, Corey Osberg, Sr. (Jennie) and Grady Gilchrist (Jacky); and his niece Nayomi Patrick. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Birthright, P.O. Box 661, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
