He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Restko and Mary Restko; his siblings, Catherine Mustari and Ronald Restko; and his former wife Diana Cornell-Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Lyons; his sister Arlene; his brother-in-law Richard Ciferri of Elizaville; his children, Patricia Fischer of Highland, Melissa Broe (Charles) of New Windsor and Charles (Joyce) of Coxsackie; and his grandchildren, Kara, Tyler Fischer, Charles, Adrian Broe, Kayla Lewis and Rachel Restko. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
