He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey Lewis and Barbara Mae Allen Drake; his wife Jane Dassance Drake; his siblings, Roger, Dorothy and Madeline; his brother-in-law Walt McFall; his brother Lawrence (Sam); his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Drake and John Camilli; and his nephew John Drake.
He is survived by: his close friend Elva Antel; his sister Clara Camilli; his children, Sandra Houseworth (Richard), Cindy Drake, Jerry Drake (Jennie), David Drake (Tammy) and Patricia Woodward; his friend Miles Brown; his pets, Gizmo and Karl; and also Bruce. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great and great- great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The family is deeply grateful to Cindy for her care of Dad for the last two years and to CareFirst of Painted Post for their assistance in the past few weeks and would appreciate that any contributions be made to CareFirst NY, 3805 Meads Creek Rd, Painted Post, NY 14870 or your local SPCA.
