He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hall and Carmin Hall; his siblings, Jesse, Jenny, John and Jim; and his granddaughter Avery.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Terra Peterson (Kevin), Jeffrey Hall (Kristy), Katie Mitchell (Jake), Justin Kouterick, Tanner Kouterick (Gloria) and Garrett Kouterick; his sister Janine Crooks (Cal); his sisters-in-law, Lorrie Florence (Jack) and Diana Maxwell; and his pet Mazzi. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Jeff's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
