He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Webb and Bertie Webb; his significant other Gloryann Gall of Ozone Park; his child Gloryann; his brothers, Marcine (Nita Lou) of San Angelo and Tommie of Farmington; his children, Cindy Sieger of Escondido, CA, Dale Webb (Phyllis) of Sheffield, MA and Sharon Webb of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Tessa Sieger, Adam Sieger (Shawna), Joshua, Benjamin and Samuel Webb; and his great grandchild Axel Sieger.
