He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Kent and Marilyn Kay (Masterson); his wife Melanie Kay (Farnham); his children, Alexander Kay and Alycia Kay; and his brothers, Christopher Kay, Eugene Kay (Jane) and Clinton Kay. He is also survived by numerous brother in-laws, sister in-laws, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
