He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Whitney and Ray Eli Decker, Sr.; and his siblings, Nina, Marie, Hilda, Frank, Harold and Walter Decker.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Williams (Barbara Denerstein) of Pine Plains, NY, Frank E. Williams (Diane) and Raena Shaffer (Lee) of Stanfordville, NY; his grandchildren, Kristy Lee Barto (Douglas Shave), Michael Williams (Marlene), Jason Williams (Tracy), Jeremy Williams (Vanessa), Jennifer Stapleton and Neil Shaffer (Erica Montalbo-Shaffer); and his great grandchildren, Chloe Barto, Calli Barto, Christopher Barto, Cristian Williams, Brooke Williams, Braeden Williams, Holden Williams, Hunter Williams, Miles Williams and Madison Shaffer (Donna O'Neil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
