With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Williams of Millerton, New York, born in Sharon, Connecticut, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Harry and Margaret Card (Parsons); her husband Richard "Dick" Williams; and her close friend Marvin Van Benschoten. She is survived by: her children, Denise Geyer (Stephen) of Copake, NY, Dennis L. Williams (Nancy) of Millerton and Jeffery K. Williams (Marleny) of Stamford, CT; her granddaughters, Lauren Williams of Kent, CT and Brielle Williams of Dover Plains, NY; her sisters, Phoebe Joyce Kaestner (Gordon) of Warner Robins, GA and Margaret Elaine Colon (Tom) of Port St; her niece Debra Middlebrook (Lance) of Millerton; and her nephews, Stephen Kaestner (Jackie) of Warner Robins, GA and Howard Kaestner (Nikki) of Atlanta, GA.
