He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Ginness and Mary J. Mc Ginness (Kuchenmeister); and his brother Jack M. Mc Ginness. He is survived by: his wife Karen D. Sarles of Pocantico Hills, NY.; his children, Jessica Elliott of Amenia and Patrick Mc Ginness of Millerton; and his grandchildren, Abigail and Jack Elliott of Amenia.
