He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth Pearl Tompkins. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Ann Tompkins and William Tompkins; his children, Billy Tompkins and Parker; and his siblings, Sherry Valyou (Donald), Richard Blevins (Kathy), Michelle Ostavitz (Joseph), Mary Allen (Kevin), Angela Brazee and Marie Blevins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues, and friends.
