With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace M. Teletnick of Millers Mills, New York, born in Sharon, Connecticut, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Brooks and Ida Brooks (Baker); her husband Theodore "Ted" Teletnick; and her siblings, Kathryn, Winifred, Dorothy, Shirley, Barbara, Raymond, William and Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore B. Teletnick of Millers Mills, Patricia Schutz (Edward) of West Edmeston, NY and Stephen Teletnick (Michelle) of Dillsbury, PA; her grandchildren, Sarah, Edward, Andrew and Ben; her great grandchild Sammi; and her brothers, Donald Brooks of Amsterdam and Richard Brooks of Carson City, Nevada. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
