He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Audrey; his children, Dawn Foley (Richard), Bonnie Mahoney (William), William Kadletz (Lisa) and Christopher Kadletz (Wendy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Will, Sean, Richie, Christopher, Kaylee, Julie, Tyler and Kate; and his siblings, Lois Monetti, Rick Kadletz and Jack Kadletz.
In lieu of flowers, donational may be made in his loving memory to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
