He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie B. Lewis-Fazio; his children, Julia Fazio, Anita Knudson, Brian, Irene Fazio and Nora Fazio; his stepchildren, Jessica Price and Jonathan Lewis; his grandchildren, Erik, Maya, Eden, Coldon and Locklyn; and his brother John.
