She was predeceased by: her parents, Cécile Fortin and Adelard Fortin. She is survived by: her husband John Kosciuk; her sons, Jean-Pierre, Bernard, Marc, Dominique and Christopher; her grandchildren, Kelly, Meghan, James, Daniel and Emma; and her children-in-law, Tracy and Susan.
