She is survived by: her husband David Kreitner; her children, Jason Kreitner of Lebanon, NJ and Linda; her granddaughters, Abigail, Audrey and Amelia; her daughter Jennifer Testa; her grandchild Madison; and her pet Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
