He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Patterson and James Byron. He is survived by: his close friend Frank Bolz; his friend Patricia Pinckney; his son Keith P. Byron of Clinton Corners; his daughter-in-law Sara Byron (Love) of Clinton Corners; his grandsons, Keith Paul Byron, Stephen Ross Byron and John William Byron; his stepgranddaughter Barbara Crays Moody; his great grandchild Sophia Byron; and also, Candy and Cynthia. He is also survived by the mother of his grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (3270 Franklin Ave, Millbrook, NY 12545). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 5:00 PM. The military honors was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery (342 South Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601).
