She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard N. Hey and Ethelle Stevens Hey; her former husband Fredrick W. Erhard, Jr.; and her husband Harry J. Bly. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Farrell (Shawn) of Clinton Corners; her sister Judith H. Whalen (Richard); her grandchildren, Cora Page, Cameron Page (Ken) and Vivian Page (Flowie); her nieces, Lynda Whalen (John Shanks) and Donna Whalen of Millbrook; her great-niece Lauren Aisen (Aaron); and her great-nephew David Beers.

Memorial donations may be made in Jane's memory to St. Joseph's Church.
