She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Caperna and Margaret Caperna (Gallifuco); her husband Joseph P. Jazwinski, Sr.; and her siblings, Arthur Caperna, Mary Benedetto and Lydia Candito.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph P. Jazwinski (Diana) of Newburgh, Helena Kargo (Paul) of Milford, PA, Patricia Forte (Joseph) of Millbrook, NY and Rose Gorenstein (Mark) of Daytona Beach, FL; her sister Rose Kurz of Naples, FL; and her grandchildren, Sabrina, John Martin, Salvatore, Gabrielle, Michael and Matthew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
