He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn; his children, Stephanie Petkovsek (Daniel McLane) of Canton, NY, Krista Petkovsek (Jeff Gruszka) of Chicago, IL, Richard Petkovsek (Natasa Dolnicar) of Los Angeles, CA and Daniel Petkovsek (Tieuvi Nguyen) of Rockville, MD; his sisters, Betty Lee, Janette Stanley (John), Patricia Starr, Mary Lou Petkovsek (Larry Crim) and Frances Pomichter (Gary); and his grandchildren, Max and Kip Petkovsek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
