She is survived by: her husband Jack A. Smith; her brothers, Don Prentice (Cindy) of Vernon and Robert Prentice (Doris) of McDonough; her grandchildren, April Frye and Zachary Marble; and her great grandchildren, Kendra and Bentley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws; and special friends.
