He is survived by: his mother Judy Willoughby (Tierney) of Fairfield; his wife Debbie; his daughters, Lisa Hough (Mike) of San Diego, CA and Krissy Willoughby of Bothell, WA; his stepdaughters, Shelly Phillips (Scott) of Little Falls, Becky Love (Gerry) of New Hartford and Susie Keiffer (Jimmy Rickard) of Newport; his grandchildren, Hailey Brenan (Jake), Lauren Phillips (Jason Gallt), Erica Phillips (Dalton Conklin), Riley Love (Colton Suriano), Kaylin, Aubree Keiffer and Parker Hough; his great grandchildren, Brantley Borden, Braylynn and Layla Conklin; his sisters, Lisa Root (John) of Constantia and Shelly Weakley of Cold Brook; and his cousin Warnie Lanphere (Shari). He is also survived by family members and close friends.
