He is survived by: his parents, Wade Christopher Conklin Sr. of Georgia and Annemarie Coffey (Dunikowski) of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.; his siblings, Breanna Marie Conklin, Connor John Coffey, Christian Conklin, Denise Conklin and Maddox Conklin; and his grandmother Lois-Barton Dunikowski. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
