He was predeceased by: his parents, James Macklin and Mary Macklin (Connelly). He is survived by: his wife Adeline Macklin (O'Mahony); his children, Siobhán Henry (Garrett Henry), James Macklin (Stacey Macklin) and Martha Randazzo (Joseph Randazzo); and his grandchildren, Chelsea Henry, Casey Macklin, Myles Henry, Brody Henry, Olivia Randazzo, Ryan Henry, Madison Randazzo and Vincent Randazzo.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Thomas's name to the Lewy Body Dementia Fund of the American Brain Foundation.
