It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Ann Risdal of Middletown, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Stack and Mildred Stack; her brother Eddie Stack; and her grandson James Laurence Bernice. She is survived by: her husband Larry Risdal; her children, Kevin (Amy), Keith and Kelly (Mark Bernice); her grandchildren, Danielle, Adison Maricano, Casey, Amanda Risdal, Trevor and Tanner Bernice; and her great grandchildren, Anakin Risdal and Colette Marciano.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (90 Euclid Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wallkill Cemetery (160 Midway Rd, Middletown, NY 10940). A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
