He is survived by: his wife Patricia E Walker (Faulkner); his children, Jeffrey M Walker (Veronica) and Erin K Boyce; his grandchildren, Tyler and Madison Boyce; and his brothers, Daniel (Margo Faulkner), Michael (Eija Faulkner) and James (Kathleen Cater). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
