He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wolslayer and Katherine Stacer Wolslayer; and his sister Harriet. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Kelly Wolslayer (Ray Rosenbloom) and Rick Wolslayer; his sister Barbara; his stepchildren, Chris Grogan (Fran) and Kara Hartley; and his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Sierra, Travis and Brooke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
