She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Butler and Madelyn Smith Butler; and her brothers, Harry and Robert Butler. She is survived by: her sons, Gary L. Heib (Susan) of Burlington, KY and Chris C. Heib (Bonnie); and her grandchildren, Chris C. Heib II (Allison), Levi Heib (Lindsey), Christopher A. Heib and Gianna M. Luposello (Brandon). She is also survived by six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
