He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Andrew and Ida Genevieve Hulseapple; and his sister Marilyn Birdsall. He is survived by: his wife Deanna L. Hulseapple; his sister Dorothy Wille Bloomer of Edgewater, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Birdsall of Newburgh, Richard Wille Garner of Iowa, Deborah Hagar of Newburgh, Darlene Backer of Edgewater, FL, Nancy Gumbert of Hampton, VA and Lynn Patterson of Cedar Falls, Iowa. He is also survived by three great nephews and eight great nieces.
