He is survived by: his wife Irene Pelczar; his daughter Christine Zurowski; his grandchildren, Ellaina Zurowski, John Bajan and Madeline Arcykiewicz; his great grandchildren, Cameryn Grace Rabel and Lainey Jane Rabel; and his siblings, Jozef Pelczar, Zofia Galek and Maria Habrat.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home (20 North St, Washingtonville, NY 10992). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary's Church (42 Goshen Ave, Washingtonville, NY 10992). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the St Mary's Cemetery (2 Father Tierney Cir, Washingtonville, NY 10992).
