He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ferrick; and his stepfather James Mitchell of Fort Pierce, Florida.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy "Jodi" Mann of Fort Pierce; his wife Liz; his brother Dayve Ferrick (Laura); his aunt Patricia Ferrick of Queens, NY.; his father-in-law William Costello (Arlene); and also, William (Joy) of Nunda, NY, Christopher Costello (Maureen) of Middletown, Patrick Costello of Middletown and Matthew Costello (Nancy) of Sparrowbush, NY. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
