She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Racine and Elizabeth Steitz. She is survived by: her former husband Edgar Whipple; her daughters, Tonia Covert, Beth Anderson and Rebecca Acton; her grandchildren, Samantha Barnes, Christopher Covert, Jaysen Covert, Christiana Acton, James Acton Jr., Madisyn Hebner, Dale Acton and Caitlin Acton; her great grandchildren, Alex Covert, Aurora Covert and Logan Barnes; and her brothers, David Racine and Tracy Racine.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
