Emmett J. Carter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emmett J. Carter (Middletown, New York), born in Manhattan, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 71. He is survived by: his wife Donna Carter; and his children, Tara Stampfel (Joseph Stampfel) and Ryan Carter (Allison Falcaro).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940).
