It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Rose (Middletown, New York), who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Eileen may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McGovern and Ruth McGovern. She is survived by: her children, Heather Rose and Matthew Rose; her grandson Christopher Rose; and her brothers, Thomas J McGovern and Timothy McGovern.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A repast was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
