He was predeceased by: his parent Esther Wickham; his father-in-law Carl Wickham; and his brother Allan R. Wickham. He is survived by: his children, Susan L. Herd and Jackson Fuentes; his grandchildren, Anthony Medina (Shania Kelly), Tatiana Herd, Quamair Johnson and Nadiya Hubbard; his great grandchildren, Mylah Medina, Ajayla Johnson and Aasai Medina; and his sisters, Carleen M. Friedrich and Michele E. Wickham. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
