She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifford Warner and Lillian Frances Degroat (Wade). She is survived by: her sons, Jaime Ortiz Jr. of Houston, TX, Isaiah J. Gillian (Alyssa Lemin), Matthew J. Gillian (Kyra Ostrom) and Aaron J. Gillian of Pineville, NC; and her grandchildren, Isabella Gillian, Amelia Gillian, Kalliope Ortiz, Ava Gillian and Kehlani Gillian. She is also survived by Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (790 Silver Lake-Scotchtown Rd, Middletown, NY 10941).
