With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara M. Paffenroth of Middletown, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Warren and Fred Warren; her husband Richard Paffenroth; her siblings, Jean Babcock, Fred and Burleigh Warren; and her son-in-law Rev. William Holmes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Oliver (Stanley) of Jeffersonville, NY, Patricia Holmes (William) of Darby, PA and Elaine Lopez (Dennis) of Cornwall; her grandchildren, Elyssa Falls, Bethany MacArthur, Joshua Holmes, Anna VanWagenen, Melodie Wray, Spencer Oliver, Caleb Holmes, Kaitlyn Holmes, Abigail Sauve, Daniel Lopez, Leah Zakorchemny, Julianne Lopez and Noah Holmes; and her sisters, Dolores Vavricka of New Hampton, NY and Maxine Furman of Middletown, NY. She is also survived by her 18 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to either St. John's Lutheran Church, Hospice of Orange and Sullivan and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
